AGM Information

NZ Curling Association, 2023 Annual General Meeting, was held in the Oturehua Hall at 8 pm on Friday, 12th May.  You will find the minutes of the meeting below. 

The next meeting is set for Friday, 10th May 2024.  To run our AGM per Government and Health guidelines, NZCA requests that all attendees that are feeling unwell respectfully stay at home. 

Council and Club Secretaries, please pass this information on to your members. This a reminder that all correspondence is sent out by email (by Notice of Motion 2016 AGM).  

A reminder that both the Idaburn Council and Naseby Council are holding their AGMs prior:  Idaburn Council in the Oturehua Hall, and Naseby Council will be in the Supper Room at 7 pm

Information is required to be sent to the NZCA Secretary by 5 pm on 12th April 2024.  All information is to be sent to: nzca.secretary@curling.org.nz

After collating this information, the Agenda (including Accounts and Reports) will be distributed to Club Secretaries by Friday, 3rd May.

Registrations

Changes to Incorporated Societies Act

There are changes to the requirements of being an Incorporated Society which NZ Curling is working through.   Part of this requirement is for all members of NZ Curling to be registered to their clubs and have given consent to be a member, all Clubs are to be registered to NZCA.   

Club Members may also wish to register for NZ Curling to ensure they are on a communcations database.  see the 'Individual Registration' below. ​​​​​​​
